Summary
Over the past several years, Denver has invested in climate capital projects and equipment. These projects are now eligible for non-taxed entities to claim certain federal and state tax credits. Denver is soliciting proposals for a vendor to review and submit e-filings on behalf of the city.
Denver's Office of Climate Action, Sustainability and Resiliency (CASR) anticipates awarding a multi-year contract as a result of this solicitation. The city will determine the number and specific type of tax credit forms to complete and subsequently e-file. The amount is subject to annual budget appropriation. CASR might request additional services, some of which may be subject matter specific, on an as-needed basis. CASR may choose to issue contract amendments to adjust the terms, budget and services as needed to achieve the goals of this effort.
Required Insurance
The city does not negotiate insurance requirements or contract insurance language. Any objections not raised formally during the selection process are waived.
It is strongly recommended that all applicants prepare a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for all insurance as soon as possible to expedite the contracting process.
Review the Sample Agreement for the required insurance amounts under paragraph 9 of this RFP. The required insurance coverages are:
-
Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Insurance
-
Commercial General Liability
-
Business Automobile Liability
-
Professional Liability
