| Solicitation Document Description: |
The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified professional multi-disciplinary team, led by landscape architecture discipline or architectural discipline, to provide full professional and technical services for Feasibility Study, Park Improvements, a Sport Dome, and the Targeted Net Zero Emissions Building of the Club House at the L'Amoreaux Sports Complex.
The objective of this project is to prepare feasibility study, develop a comprehensive design, and oversee the implementation of park improvements, a sport dome, and a targeted net zero emissions building of the club house at the L’Amoreaux Sports Complex. The successful Supplier will be responsible for preparing a feasibility study, a vision plan and phased implementation strategy, followed by detailed design and contract administration services to support the construction and delivery of key landscape and architectural program elements. This project includes both park and building upgrades and requires a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach. The Supplier's team must integrate expertise in landscape architecture, architecture, structural engineering, civil engineering, and other relevant disciplines. The design must address accessibility, sustainability, long-term maintenance, operational efficiency, and alignment with City standards and community needs. |
