Phase 1 Engineering Services and Utility Upgrades
Submissions responding to the RFP (“Responsive Submissions”) will not be opened in public. Responsive Submissions must be submitted via email with the subject title:
Proposal Due: February 20, 2025, at 3:00pm

The body of the email must include the name and address of the Prospective Contractor.
Proposals shall be addressed to Jesus Alquicira P.E., City Engineer, City of Waukegan 1700 N. McAree Road, Waukegan Illinois 60085 and shall be received before February 20, 2025 at 3:00 p.m.
Each Prospective Contractor, by submitting a Responsive Submission to provide the aforementioned services, signifies their intention and good faith to enter into a professional services agreement with the City of Waukegan should they be selected. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Responsive Submissions and to make an award on that Responsive Submission which, in its opinion, are most advantageous to the City.
The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to make an award on that proposal which, in its opinion, are most advantageous to the City of Waukegan. By the order of the Council of the City of Waukegan.
