RFP - Request For Proposal
Description
The City of Los Angeles is seeking proposals from qualified firms for administrative and technical services related to existing Community Facilities Districts (CFD), which were formed with voter approval and established under the Mello-Roos Act of 1982. Such services include, but are not limited to, determining land use and classifying property for special tax purposes, financial analysis and computation of CFD annual special taxes, special tax analysis, forecasting, and reporting, delinquency management, ensuring continuing disclosure compliance related to CFD bond issues, and general assistance and outreach to CFD property owners or to public inquiries.
