Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Monrovia will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.





The US Embassy has a requirement for a contractor to provide potable water trucking services to all of its facilities in Monrovia, Liberia. Contractors should be capable of trucking water from the Municipality’s facilities within Monrovia as well as capable of drawing and transporting from a contractor-owned or private water well.





Embassy Monrovia is NOT considered a Danger Post.





The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.





The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.





All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.





This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)
