The Georgia Department of Transportation (hereinafter, "Department" or "GDOT") is conducting this electronic Request for Quotes ("eRFQ") under its authority to procure services ancillary to the construction and maintenance of a public road, as defined in O.C.G.A § 32-1-3, as provided for in O.C.G.A § 32-2-64 and § 32-2-69 to establish a contract with a qualified supplier(s) who will provide Guardrail, Cable Barrier, and Impact Attenuator Maintenance Services for District 5 as further described in this eRFQ.
Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, means of transportation, traffic control, and incidentals necessary to perform guardrail, cable barrier, an and impact attenuator maintenance services, installation and repair as necessary to the specified Work. The Contractor will be required to perform prep work, removal, permanent installation and cleanup for guardrail, cable barrier, and impact attenuator maintenance services as described in this eRFQ.
Bidders of this solicitation must be registered with the State of Georgia Office of Secretary of State. Vendor must provide company's full legal name as registered, and the signature must be that of the principal of the company or authorized agent.
