The Town of Raynham is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to renovate two bathrooms located at the Raynham Senior Center at 2215 King Phillip Street in Raynham, MA. The project scope includes the demolition/removal of the existing bathrooms. Demolition includes but is not limited to, flooring, framed partitions, acoustical ceilings, and MEP systems. Two new accessible bathrooms and a janitor's closet will be constructed in the same footprint as the existing bathrooms.
