Conference space must be sufficient to accommodate 150 persons,4 each 50 pax break out room classroom style and 7 each small meeting room table for 10 guests. The Government will pay the Contractor at the satisfactory completion of services upon receipt of a proper invoice.
All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation no earlier than December 02, 2024
