This special announcement is to post the justification for the prior scope increase to the contract with Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. The contract has now expired, and this posting is made to comply with regulatory requirements for public disclosure. The attached justification details the authority for the scope increase and explains why Heidrick & Struggles was determined to be the only vendor capable of meeting the Government’s needs at that time.
