The Work consists of approximately 800 linear feet of Liesfeld Farm Drive roadway extension, 500 linear feet of âRoad Bâ roadway extension, a single lane roundabout at the intersection of Liesfeld Farm Drive and âRoad Bâ, turn lane and signal improvements at the intersection of Liesfeld Farm Drive and N. Gayton Road. The work includes a shared use path on the north side of Liesfeld farm Drive as well as a sidewalk on the south side of Liesfeld Farm Drive. The work includes the construction of ADA compliant ramps within the project limits. Additionally, the work includes water main installation and new storm sewer and stormwater management facilities. The work will require coordination with a separate contractor at the adjacent Avenlea Development at 12600 Bacova Drive. USACE Permit Special Conditions: As noted in the included permit approval letter, if the tricolored bat becomes listed on the Endangered Species List, there will be a time of year restriction prohibiting the cutting of trees from May 15th to July 31st of any year.
