The Undersigned, having familiarized themselves with the local conditions affecting the cost of the
work and with the Contract Documents, including Advertisement for Bids, Instructions to Bidders,
Proposal, Agreement, General Conditions, Detailed Specifications, Plans and Addenda and exhibits
issued and attached to the Specifications prepared by CTC Engineering, LLC, and dated May,
2026, hereby propose to perform everything required to be performed in order to complete the
project described herein and covered by this proposal for the Hill Center/Bus Electrification Project
