The RFQ number is N4215826QC022. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 3/13/2026, and DFARS Change Notice 5/7/2026. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The Government intends to solicit and contract with only one source, Tidewater Community College, under the authority of 41 U.S.C 1901 on a sole source basis.
