The City of Leola, Arkansas, is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering and consulting services for Arkansas Parks and Tourism grant applications and to provide engineering services upon grant award. Statement of Qualifications must be submitted to Mayor Virginia Harrison at cityofleola@yahoo.com by Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and waive informalities.
