You are invited to bid for a contract on individual Bid Packages for the City of Jonesboro E911/RTCC Building for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, hereinafter termed Owner. Bids will be based on a lump sum basis for specified Bid Package Number.
The Construction Manager, Bailey Contractors, Inc. on behalf of the Owner will receive sealed bids until Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the office of Bailey Contractors, Inc. 2307 Congress Cove, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401. Any Bid received after the times stated above will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
Project scope consists of an approximately 8,800 SF single story building with a conventional spread footing foundation system and a hardened shell exterior. Work includes a 911 call center, a real time crime center, a server room, gallery spaces on the exterior of the building and associated support spaces. There will also be an enclosure that houses a radio tower and mechanical equipment. Mechanical system is a conventional split system. Includes electrical and plumbing systems including site utilities. Sitework includes asphalt paving, curbs, and walks

Those purchasing Contract Documents are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling, if necessary.
3. For the mutual protection of the Owner, Contractor and Architect, no partial sets of Contract Documents in either hard copy or electronic format will be issued.
Bid Security in the amount equal to 5 percent (5%) of the Bid submitted, and payable to the Construction Manager, Bailey Contractors, Inc., must accompany each Bid. All subcontracts issued over $50,000.00 will require a 100% performance and payment bond.
All bidders must conform to the requirements of the Arkansas Contractor’s Licensing Board and shall be licensed before submitting a Bid.
The Construction Manager and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any formalities not bound by Arkansas statues.
