Notice of invitation for bid (IFB)
Rose Bud School invites bidders to submit bids to furnish the following: MILK & JUICE
The contract will be for the 2026-2027 school year. The estimated dollar value of the awarded contract is
$45,000 to $55,000 annually of combined products. This will include delivery to one school location, twice weekly. The delivery person will be responsible for stocking milk coolers. And credit will be given for any picked up milk or juice. Pricing should cover the entire 2026-2027 school year (August 1,
2026-June 30, 2027).
Bid specs will be available starting June 1st, 2026 and may be picked up until June 8th, 2026.
Bid packet must be picked up at the administration office of the Rose Bud School District 124 School Rd, Rose Bud, AR 73137 or requested by email cwiggs@rbsd.kl2.ar.us between June 1, 2026 and June 8, 2026. Current vendors will automatically receive a bid packet.
Bids will be received by the Child Nutrition Director of Rose Bud School District, at 124 School Rd. Rose Bud, AR 72137 up until 12:00 noon CST July 10th, 2026. Bids may also be emailed to the above email address. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be voted on by the Rose Bud Board of Education on July 20, 2026 at the regularly scheduled meeting.
