Description

The Judicial Council of California seeks proposals from hotels for sleeping rooms.

Location: San Francisco (Union Square, Nob Hill, South Polk Street).

Dates: February 17-19, 2027, April 14-16, 2027, July 21-23, 2027, October 13-15, 2027, December 15-17, 2027.

Proposals must be received by 11:59 PM Pacific Time, July 21, 2026

Proposal submissions must include the following documents with "CRS-AK-496" added to the file name. See the RFP Attachments and Links section of the RFP for links to these forms:

The Judicial Council of California does not retain the services of third party or outsourced representations. All quoted rates are to be net, non-commissionable.

Maximum Rates and Fees. Preference will be given for costs proposed within the maximum rates and fees established by the Judicial Council of California. However please submit hotel's best available rate if the budgeted sleeping room unit rate listed on the RFP in section 2 cannot be accommodated.

OFFER PERIOD

A Proposer's submission is an irrevocable offer for ninety (90) days following the proposal due date. In the event a final contract has not been awarded within this ninety (90) day period, the Judicial Council of California reserves the right to negotiate extensions to this period.
