Chip sealing, asphalt milling, asphalt overlay of city streets. Sealed bids will be opened on June 9, 2026 at 9:30am under advisement of the Mayor. Sealed bids may be hand delivered, mailed or emailed to City of Wynne ATTN: Meredith L. McKnight 206 Falls BLVD Wynne, AR 72396. Bid specifications can be found at https://www.cityofwynne.gov/announcements/achm2026 .
Bidders must hold all licenses, certifications, and permits required by the State of Arkansas for the performance of the work described in the specifications.
The City of Wynne reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids, and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of the city and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive or conditional bids.
