NOAA Dartcom XRIT Ingest Software Licenses Maintenance and Support

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement for Dartcom XRIT Ingest Software licenses maintenance and support. NOAA intends to award to Global-LG, LLC on a sole source basis as Global-LG is the only authorized U.S. Distributor and maintenance provider for the Dartcom software. Please see the attached Statement of Need for more details.

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort, in writing, to the identified points of contact. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
