The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Corrections (SCI Chester), intends to hire a qualified Utility Plant Operator (UPO) to supplement the current staffing and safely run the existing boiler plant at the State Correctional Institution (SCI) at Chester located at 500 East 4th Street, Chester PA, 19013.
