To establish a contract with a qualified professional consultant to provide Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) archeological survey services, including data collection, interpretation, and reporting, for approximately 13,000 square feet of County-owned property located:⢠In the open field area identified by the County (see attached map/image), and⢠In the sunken area behind the Botetourt Building, Gloucester, Virginia.The purpose of this project is to conduct a non-invasive subsurface investigation to identify potential buried features, anomalies, utilities, voids, or other subsurface conditions that may affect future County planning, site work, future archeological studies and/or related activities.The Consultant shall furnish all labor, equipment (including GPR equipment and qualified operator), traffic/safety controls as required, analysis software, and all materials necessary to complete the work.
