The Contractor shall furnish the items specified in the price schedule. Trade-ins will only be conducted with a Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer, with a reasonable price based on fair market value. Historically, in a gun transition, the current firearms owned by the Dept of Juvenile Justice Investigative Unit have been turned in for an invoice credit, which is applied to the transaction and total price of the purchase order (reducing the overall cost).
