The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) MetroAccess program requires an electronic Payment Card Industry (PCI) - compliant solution to process fare payments and manage customer funds. The solution must integrate with the existing customer management system, Trapeze, including the EZ Wallet module. The selected solution shall serve as the primary customer-facing interface for MetroAccess customers to manage their fare accounts.
