This Addendum No. 1 is issued to provide the following additional requirements and clarification to RFP
1#.0 P8E-2R6F-O01R. MANCE BOND
Each Proposer shall provide a quote for a performance bond in an amount equal to One Hundred and Ten
Percent (110%) of the Contract Price for the first twelve (12) calendar months of the Contract, and for each
subsequent twelve (12) month period of the Contract. The Director of Public Works must be notified at least
t hirty (30) calendar days in advance of any cancellation, non-renewal, or change in the performance bond.

Two privately managed condominium associations within the Town are currently serviced through weekly
manual collection of municipal solid waste and single-stream recycling. Due to space and storage limitations,
these properties cannot accommodate the large carts required for automated collection.
Proposers shall provide pricing to continue weekly manual collection at the following locations:

Proposers may also provide an alternative collection method, such as centralized bulk containers, for the
Town's consideration, provided the proposed method maintains weekly collection service.
