The City of Attleboro is seeking sealed bids from qualified licensed Electricians to provide on-call electrical maintenance, repair, and emergency response services, primarily for its Wastewater Treatment Facility located at 27 Pond Street North in Attleboro, MA, and associated pumping stations, which represent nearly all of the anticipated work. The selected contractor will be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and timely electrical service for both scheduled and emergency work, including systems involving high-voltage power distribution, heavy-duty industrial equipment, and complex process control systems essential to wastewater treatment operations.
Addendum's will be emailed to the email address submitted when downloading the bid.
City Hall Hours: Mon/Wed/Thu: 8:00 am-4:30 pm. Tue 8:00 am-6:00 pm. Fri 8:00 am - 12:00 noon

Qualifications:
|
|
Contractor must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience providing electrical services, including work with high-voltage, heavy-duty industrial equipment used in wastewater treatment operations. Must demonstrate the ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, motor controls, liquid level controls, programmable logic control networks, and variable frequency drive systems. Experience in estimating, ordering parts, sizing jobs, and managing heavy industrial projects is required.
