Pre-Proposal Conference (MANDATORY for Prime Contractors)
A virtual PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Time). Attendance is mandatory for Prime Contractors. Attendance is optional for prospective subcontractors. To register for the conference, send an email to lazoo.rfp@lacity.org by Sunday, September 21, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. (Pacific Time). A link to the virtual conference will be provided by 9:00 a.m. the day of the conference. Attendees at the conference will be responsible for taking their own notes. Conference materials, including a Questions and Answers document, will be posted to RAMP following the conference.
