| Pre-Bid Meeting Info: | A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit is scheduled for this contract on Thursday August 7, 2025, starting PROMPTLY at 11:00 a.m. at the Union Mine Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 5700 Union Mine Road, El Dorado, California 95623. ATTENDANCE AT THE PRE-BID SITE VISIT IS NOT MANDATORY. REPRESENTATIVES SHALL FOLLOW COUNTY COVID 19 POLICY WHILE ON COUNTY PREMISES WHICH MAY INCLUDE THE USE OF FACE COVERINGS. PLEASE REFER TO COUNTY POLICY E-13 AVAILABLE AT: https://www.edcgov.us/Government/BOS/Documents/Board%20Policy%20E-13.pdf. The Bidder’s representative will be required to sign an attendance sheet and provide the name of the firm being represented. The County will post on the Quest website such Addenda as the County in its discretion considers necessary in response to questions arising and information presented at the Pre-Bid Site Visit. Oral statements shall not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective. Addenda issued as a result of the Pre-Bid Site Visit shall constitute the sole and exclusive record and statement of the results of the Pre-Bid Visit. |
