On behalf of the Board of Water Commissioners, the City of Bristol (“City”) is seeking to replace its horizontal flocculation equipment and sedimentation sludge collection system within its water treatment plant. The City is accepting proposals from qualified firms to perform design services and subsequent construction administration efforts toward such systems replacement.
