Asbestos abatement, selective building removals, structural and roofing work associated with mechanical system upgrades. MBE - 28% WBE - 2%
Electrical Contract - D006306
Selective electrical removals; also electrical upgrades including providing new panel and breakers, equipment feeder conduits, conductors, and disconnects associated with mechanical system upgrades. MBE -10% WBE - 11%
Mechanical Contract - D006307
