NORTH COUNTY REGIONAL PARK IMPROVEMENTS

The County Commissioners of Caroline County are accepting bids (written quotes) for the North County Regional Park Improvements. The scope of this contract includes, but is not limited to:

• Mobilization & Demobilization
• Field Survey & Construction Stakeout
• Maintenance of Traffic / Traffic Control
• Demolition & Disposal
• Earthwork
• Sediment & Erosion Control
• Storm Drainage and Stormwater Management
• Widening of the existing driveway and entrance on Greensboro Road (State Highway)
• New paved park roadway and parking lots
• Paved pedestrian trail system
• Construction of a restroom building, including foundation, sanitary sewer, water, and electrical utilities
• Construction of four (4) natural-surface multipurpose athletic fields, including grading, seeding/sod, and installation of irrigation systems
• Site preparation for a 16,000 square foot playground area (surface and equipment by others)
• Site furnishing to include benches, bike racks, and bollards as shown on the design plans
• Landscaping as shown on the design plans

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, January 23, 2026, @ 10:00 am at the General James F.
