Description: The Wayne County Industrial Development Agency (the “WCIDA”) is a public benefit corporation of the State of New York with the mission to develop, promote and advance economic growth, well-being, and sustainable communities in Wayne County. Wayne County is located in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State, on the Southern Shore of Lake Ontario with a population of 90,000 residents. The County is comprised of 15 towns and 7 villages.
