Wayne County Water and Wastewater Asset Inventory and Capacity Study

The Wayne County Industrial Development Agency (the “WCIDA”) is a public benefit corporation of the State of New York with the mission to develop, promote and advance economic growth, well-being, and sustainable communities in Wayne County. Wayne County is located in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State, on the Southern Shore of Lake Ontario with a population of 90,000 residents. The County is comprised of 15 towns and 7 villages.

WCIDA is seeking proposals from interested parties to develop an inventory of county-wide public assets related to water and wastewater treatment and delivery, as well as a current conditions analysis, capacity determination, and evaluation of necessary improvements to serve identified industrial sites across the County.

The primary purpose of this RFP is to identify all existing assets, evaluation of current capacity, and improvements necessary to accommodate new industrial development.
