Description: The State University of New York at Plattsburgh (“SUNY Plattsburgh”) intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a) for the above-referenced service. A sealed bid will NOT be held. Vendors interested in providing a proposal (“Vendor”) may submit a proposal as outlined in the Proposal Format and Deadline Section of the RFQ. The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to procure on-demand tele-counseling services for its enrolled students to supplement its existing services offered by the Student Health and Counseling Center. Emergency after-hours services must be available as well as scheduled appointments. The successful Vendor will provide these services and work with the College liaison for referrals for long term treatment or for specific treatment modalities beyond the scope of this service.
