Old Davis Landfill Environmental Services

The City of Davis is requesting proposals from qualified Engineering/Environmental firms to provide technical expertise in groundwater monitoring and creating work plans for additional groundwater investigation for contamination sites in California. Specifically, the City is requesting proposals for tasks requested from the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (Board) in relation to the Old Davis Landfill (T10000021241, Open – Site Assessment).

Questions about this RFP are required to be submitted to Sherry Kimura by March 25, 2025. Questions submitted after the due date or via phone will not be accepted. All substantive questions and answers will be published below (in PDF) and will be distributed to applicants.

Consultants interested in submitting a proposal for this should respond to this RFP with a written proposal providing all the information requested. The proposal will be considered complete only if all of the items listed under the Proposal Requirements are included.
