The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA) is seeking a qualified engineering firm experienced in the repair and rehabilitation of gravity sewer infrastructure using cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining and related trenchless technologies. Â This repair and rehabilitation work may include, but not be limited to, condition assessment, planning, design, preparation of bid documents and bidding assistance, construction administration and observation, and surveying.
