The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA) is seeking a qualified engineering firm experienced in the repair and rehabilitation of gravity sewer infrastructure using cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining and related trenchless technologies.  This repair and rehabilitation work may include, but not be limited to, condition assessment, planning, design, preparation of bid documents and bidding assistance, construction administration and observation, and surveying.
