The City is soliciting qualifications for Phase II professional final engineering services relating to the design of a shared-use path and sidewalk ( including drainage, accessibilty, pavement marking and landscaping improvements) along IL Route 59 between Continenatal Drive/Meadow Avenue and Batavia Road.   This is an ITEP funded project and the City has received Phase I Project Developmen Report (PDR) approval.
