Type: General Description: The Village of McGraw is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from licensed engineering firms to provide professional services for current and future wastewater and water distribution system improvements. This qualifications-based selection process will identify up to three firms to assist with design, bidding, construction administration, and project closeout activities. Projects may be funded through state and federal programs (e.g., NYSEFC, USDA, CDBG), and all work must comply with applicable funding regulations.

Submissions are due by July 21 2025, and must include firm qualifications, relevant experience, team bios, and references. The Village encourages participation from MWBE firms

The selected firm may be requested to provide engineering

services for future water and wastewater projects as needed by the Town as

well.
