Description

The United States Property & Fiscal office - Montana, Montana Army National Guard (MTARNG) is seeking current and relelvant experience, personnel with the capability to perform Full Food Service Support of the Montana Army National Guard training facility in Fort Harrison, MT. The facility is a State of Montana owned facility that is used by the MTARNG. This is not a request for offers or proposals, but is a survey of the market for inital sources. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing infomration in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, IFB, or RFP, if any are issued. If a solitcitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Government Wide Point of Entry (GPE). It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the GPE for additional information on the requirement. Offerors will be required to be registered in SAM.gov. (https://sam.gov). All interested sources should respond. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is appropriate. We encourage all small business concerns in all socio-economic categories (i.e. Small Disadvantaged Businss (SDB), 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), and Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price.



Contractor tasks include, but are not limited to the following: operation of full food services, management, cooking, food preperation, food storage, food serving, maintaining food lines and salad bars, facility sanitation, janitorial services, and cashier services. Meal requirements include the following types of meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Sack Lunches, and Mermite meals for pick up and delivery. Meals shall be prepared and rationed according to the PWS. The contractor will be required to provide all supervision, labor, personnel, materials, and supplies with the exception of Government Furnished Property and Equipment, to perform the activities for this requirement.



The NAICS is 722310, Food Service Contractors with a size standard of $47 million. The single award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) is estimated to be valued at a maximum of $4.5 million over the life of the contract. The contract will be a One Year Base Period and two option periods of twenty-four months. The minimum gauranteed amount is estimated to be $5,000. The solicitation will specify the actual minimum and maximum amounts of the contract.
