Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid : This Invitation for Bid (“IFB”)/Inquiry is hereby issued by Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”) on behalf of all the Long Island Rail-Road (LIRR). MTA hereby invites all Prospective Bidders to response to this IFB to provide for the Preventive Maintenance and Repairs of Auto Slide Gates and Strong-Arm Barriers on an as needed basis for the estimated quantity listed herein. These services will be required for a three-(3) year period with two (1) year option periods for LIRR and all solicitation provisioning shall apply.
