Description


The University of Georgia Facilities Management Division (Using Agency) on behalf of the Board of Regents of The University System of Georgia (Owner) is soliciting responses from Firms interested in and capable of providing general consulting services for the ¿192043380 ¿Bat Access and Infestation Investigation Report for Campus Buildings (FY25)¿ on the campus of The University of Georgia at Athens, GA.
A project description is provided below:
The University of Georgia Facilities Management Division Services Department (¿FMD¿) seeks a Nuisance Wildlife Control Operator, or (¿Operator,¿) or Wildlife Control Specialist (¿Specialist¿ )  to perform bat access and infestation inspections. A comprehensive written report with detailed findings for each of the 314-campus buildings identified is required.
The selected Nuisance Wildlife Control Operator (¿Operator¿) or Wildlife Control Specialist (¿Specialist¿ ) shall perform bat access and infestation inspections on main campus, Athens, Georgia of 314 buildings identified in ¿EXHIBIT I Building Information for Bat Access and Infestation Investigation & Report Quote Sheet.¿  A comprehensive written report with detailed findings for each of the 314-campus buildings identified is required.  Data collected shall be uploaded to an Android or iOS ¿punch list¿ application which shall be selected jointly by the awarded Operator and FMD.  Photography of campus rooftops with bat entrance points clearly indicated is required in the written report and if applicable, will be uploaded to the ¿punch list¿ app by the Operator.  Removal, Exclusion, and Restoration are not included in this Scope of Services and shall not be considered for this award.
