Notice is hereby given that Holmes Community College will accept sealed bids for the proposed
collective sale of two (2) specific parcels of real property located at 2695 Attala Road 4004 in Goodman,
Mississippi (Attala County Tax Parcel Numbers 2402 100 0001000 and 2401 110 B 0003000). Bid packets
must be obtained from the Purchasing Department by emailing your request to rself@holmescc.edu.
Bid packet submissions must be labeled:

All submissions must be on file with the College prior to the opening time stated above, at which time
they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Sole responsibility for the proper delivery of bid is that of
the bidder. Any offer received after closing time (10:00 A.M. CST, May 26, 2026) will remain unopened.
Holmes Community College reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any
and/or all irregularities and informalities.
