This Change Order Notice is to extend 24-494DOT-FINAD-P-59485 for 3 months. The dates would be 12/1/2025 to 2/28/2026.
Deicer organic accelerator with polyol alcohol Shall have a specific gravity of 1.2 - 1.4 and a PH rating of 6 through 9 Shall have a natural unaltered solids by volume of 52 - 55 percent Biomelt AG64 or acceptable alternate To be delivered FOB destination freight prepaid in full truckloads of 4500 gallons with delivery to be made to no more than 4 drop off district locations. Delivery to be made upon receipt of order for any location within Districts 2 through 7. Each district will be responsible for placing their own orders.
