The Philadelphia Water Department (PWD or the Department) is seeking proposals from qualified applicants for developing and providing training on the sanitary installation and disinfection of water mains. PWD will provide all technical materials, American Water Works Association (AWWA) standards, and PWD standards from which to develop the training program. The Applicant will develop the materials into a training program and will provide training sessions.
