This project generally consists of construction of separated bikeway facilities, culverts, drainage inlets, HMA pavement, curbs, sidewalks, access ramps, pavement delineation, signing, rectangular rapid flashing beacon systems, storm drain manhole adjustments, water valve box adjustments, landscaping, decorative concrete, irrigation systems, street lighting modifications, and micro-surfacing, on Shasta Dam Boulevard (State Route 151), from Hardenbook Avenue to Shasta Way, in the City of Shasta Lake, California.

Special Requirements:
This Federal Aid project has a goal of 0.0% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise
participation as specified in Exhibit 12-G: Required Federal-Aid Contract Language. The DBE program in its entirety is suspended per US DOT regulations.

“Buy America” requirements apply to this contract as specified in Exhibit 12-G: Required Federal-Aid Contract Language.

A prebid conference is scheduled between staff and interested bidders at City of Shasta Lake City Hall, 4477 Main Street, Shasta Lake, on Thursday, July 23rd, at 9:00 a.m., at which time the project will be reviewed. All interested bidders are encouraged to attend.
