Warehouse + Office space is approximately 32,114 SF and includes additional mezzanine space of approximately 5,000+ SF. The current building does not have a fire sprinkler system, and project requires a retrofit install that includes all needed water supply connections and supporting infrastructure for a complete fully functional and code compliant turn-key wet sprinkler system. |
