The National Institute on Aging (NIA) intends to award a firm‑fixed‑price contract to Baltimore Gas and Electric, P.O. Box 1475, Baltimore, MD 21203, on a non‑competitive basis for Mobile Research Vehicles (MRV) electrical service for a period of one year. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The MRVs are located in neighborhoods in Baltimore during the year while participants are being seen in a clinical setting.
