The City of Raleigh prohibits discrimination in any manner against any person based on actual

bidders that have been prequalified in advance by Clancy & Theys Construction Company in
Association with McFarland Construction for this project shall be eligible to bid. Any bid
submitted by a bidder that was not prequalified shall be rejected as being nonresponsive.
