Bid No. 007-25/26: Playground Tile Installation at Keppel and Monte Vista Elementary

To All Bidders:

This notice shall serve as the official Notice of Intent to Award for the above referenced project.

The District has determined that Cortes and Lee, Inc. is the lowest responsive and responsible

bidder. Accordingly, the District intends to award the contract to Cortes and Lee, Inc. in the

amount of $173,828.00.

This Notice of Intent to Award does not constitute a binding contract. The award will

be finalized upon execution of the contract documents and fulfillment of all required

documents.
