This Request for Proposals is an invitation to qualified engineering firms with expertise and experience in the field of sewer modelling and master plan preparation to develop a sanitary master plan and associated network model to guide the management of the City’s sanitary system. The analysis will assess the effect that growth has had on existing infrastructure and to act as a road map for future infrastructure requirements.
