Solicitation Summary
This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the State of Maryland (“State”): The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) is seeking a qualified tree-care contractor to provide roadside tree trimming, removal, and related services at various locations within Howard County.
Work will be performed on an as-needed basis through individual work assignments issued by the SHA Dayton Shop.

Background and Purpose
